A practitioner from Liverpool Street got sick and I got an alternative appointment at Whitechapel which was communicated to me in advance. Got an extra foot massage as an apology which was very kind. The lady in Whitechapel was great, she asked reassuring questions and made sure I was getting the massage suitable for my needs. It was my second time, will be coming back
